The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) was constituted under an ACT of Parliament of India. This Act was the Company Secretaries Act, 1980. ICSI is the only institute which is recognized professional body in India to train and develop profession of Company Secretaries in India.

The much awaited TYBCom Results 2010 of Mumbai University (MU) is finally declared last night on Saturday. The academic year 2010-11 overall pass percentage is 63.67 per cent.
A student of MU, Farheen Mukaddam (20) said, “I am relieved that the results are finally out but I am
eager to know my marks. The website only displays the class we have obtained.” Farheen got the first class.
Till last night, MU website was showing error and not responding but now it is work finely and students can be checked their results online. Results is available here http://www.mu.ac.in/res_tybcom.html.
MU TYBCom examinations was ended on 27 April, 2010. According to university guidelines, the results should have been declared within 30 or 45 days but it declared very late.

Certainly Mumbai University (MU) students are trying to find TY BCom Exam Results 2010 on web but there is is not confirmation of results that it is declared or not.
The official website of Mumbai University is unresponsive and showing error. Results will be published at MU website.
But some news sources said that Mumbai University TY BCom Results 2010 is declared and can be checked online and some website are also reported about results that results is declared.

The Vidyasagar University has declared B.A./B.Sc/B.Com (Honors) of 3-Tier Part-III and 2-Tier Part-II Examination 2010 Result today at 3:30 p.m. All courses exam results are published on various results websites.
