But in order to write quality content you must have some knowledge & tips that how to write it.

1. Write for humans need, not for robots (search engines).

If you are thinking that by writing several post daily you will get high rank in search engine’s results and high page rank for your blog then I would say that you are totally wrong.

Always keep in mind that people like awesome content. You should have someone to read your “fresh” content except search engines.

2. Write what your readers want.

Before start writing you always ask below questions to yourself that;

* Why are you writing this post?

* Are you writing this post to just publish the post schedule?

* Is this post will worth reading to my readers or not?

So write something that help your readers or write those content which succeed your readers in their own field. Write according to their need which solved their problems.

3. Short & sweet vs. lengthy article.

Everyone has their own interest in reading. Sometimes peoples don’t read the whole article because of very long size of the post. So the best advise is to write short & sweet post however; if you are planning to write lengthy post then split it into short paragraph. Use as well some Italics & Bolds in the paragraph.

4. Write as you talk.

This is one of the main tips while you are writing the post. Always write what you think, what you feel and write like you are talking with your readers and solving their queries.

Use simple & easy words to make understand your VOICE to your readers. Write as simple as a 5th standard’s student can understand you.

5. Avoid keywords stuffing.

This is the main problem with those who are just starting their career in blogging. They think due to too much keywords in the post will drive the more traffic but nope, isn’t it? It could harm your blog’s ranking in search results.

The definition of Keyword Stuffing according to Google Webmaster Tools, “the practice of loading a webpage with keywords or numbers in an attempt to manipulate a site’s ranking in Google search results.”

What generally social bookmarking websites do; they allows bloggers or users to submit their post into them with using different tags or keyword to categorize and organize their post and then other users view it and add our websites as social bookmarks for their future use and we get the traffic.

Writing a one the Best About Us for a website or blog or start-up company is quite difficult & headache job but not as much as you think. Before writing this post I searched a lot for it, read many tech blog and analyzed it. Here I’m sharing my experience, hope you will like it.

When I had started my first blog, I was confused so much and was thinking about that What should I write on my blog’s about us page so that peoples loves it and visit my blog again.

Definition of a perfect & attractive About Us page: Everything you write related to you & your website or blog’s past history makes an awesome about us page. An about us page should have interesting content and reason for end user to visit it again.

After searching and analyzing I founded some tips to write a good about us page.

• Tell your agenda

The first and foremost things come around here is to explain the agenda behind the creation of website, blog or company. What will you do for the them or what you have already done for them? Everything else will be useless until you clear the goal behind it.

• Tell the success story, appreciations, achievements etc.

A good about us page should include success stories, mentions achievements, appreciations as you have received it in the past experiences. Give solid example of all these which proves that why your blog or website worth reading and important for them.

• Give information about your team members

I have visited several websites and found that there about us pages spend all the time in describing the what company does, what they have done in the past however; they nothing write about their team members and what they do. A small note about the every member makes an amazing about us page.

• Beautiful design, images, colors and typography

People loves the colors and a beautiful design with colors on your website’s about us page attracts them immediately. Here I add the word typography because a nice typography or text makes people busy to read the whole story which help them to understand that who you are and explain your work & services.

Some of the best About Us pages I have found on the internet are as below;

1. FancyRhino: Funny faces are showing their creativity in the work. This is the good way to introduce your team members.

2. Jean Delbrel: Just take a look on the Jean’s about us page. He is a French graphic designer, web designer & cartoonist. The page is looking very funky due to having cartoon faces & images on every tab.

3. WordPress: I have found WordPress as best about us page among all other Open Source CMS providers. It’s having one large image of the team members which are serving the company while left side text explaining their work & services.

4. KitschenSink: Rowan Grant is founder of the KitschenSink. She is a jewelry designer. After viewing her blog’s about us page I just realized that she has drew the designs by imagination.

These all about us pages are showing their class, brand and the creativity to do the work. By reading & viewing their typography, funky designs, colors you will get the experience as well as some inspiration to write your own about us page.
