BEML book an order of Rs 310 cr for Jaipur Metro project

official log of the BEML BEML book an order of Rs 310 cr for Jaipur Metro projectBharat Earth Movers Limited also known as BEML. The public sector company has won and book an order of Rs. 318 crore for the upcoming Metro project in Jaipur.

News source said on Tuesday that BEML will supply the total 40 cars for metro project, 10 train sets of four cars each. AND it is also expecting that it will also get Rs. 60 crore order for further Jaipur metro project.

The public sector company BEML currently supplying carriages to the major Delhi metro project and it is also manufacture and supplies its equipments to defense, aerospace, construction and mining sectors etc.

As per company current position and reputation in the market BEML has get and book an order of total Rs. 6,000 crore. It will see profit of Rs. 5,000 crore in 2013-14 by year end, said BEML.

Apart from all these presently company in the process of designing and developing affordable metro cars for upcoming projects in tier-II cities.
